when someone tries to join a meeting url he is asked to join the meeting using the desktop or web app, ,is there a way to skip that so he will always use one of the by default RRS feed

    we are working on SFB integration with another case management system over APIs, our final result should be;

    end user clicks on an icon, takes him to the meeting and start recording video, now the SFB server related challenge that by default it will ask the attendee to choose whether he wants to use the desktop app or the web app before joining the meeting, can we default to one of those so the end users are not asked and the meeting would start directly

  • Hi MAHERO,

    Thanks for visiting our forum. Our forum focuses on Skype for Business troubleshooting.

    Based on your description, this is by design. If you want to know more about development, due to the limitation of our forum, I recommend you post a thread in MSDN forum (The link is: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home) to get better support.

    In addition, there are some Skype for Business API for your reference:
