Exchange antispam script block all my emails RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have a server 2016 and exchange 2016.

    All are good running. Emails are sending and receiving from outside and inside as well.

    I install the antispam agents and after that i dont become any emails.

    Could someone explain me why ?

    Please also check your agent settings, make sure that you have configured all filters correctly:

    Enable antispam functionality on Mailbox servers

    Configure Exchange antispam settings on mailboxes

  • Hi Gicret,

    You can send a test message from your Google/Hotmail account to a mailbox in this Exchange 2016 environment, then check what will happen.

    Ok i install again the antispamagents scripts and it seems to be ok.

    I can send and receive emails.

    I disable this 4 agents (i will read about them) :

    Sender Filter Agent,

    "Sender ID Agent",

    "Content Filter Agent"

    "Protocol Analysis Agent"

    And i add my ip server to the smtpinternalserver

    Maybe the user adds some senders and domains into their junk email option , please let the user check his junk email option in outlook, as below:
