Configuration Manager, Group Policy or Intune RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

We are busy with a Windows 10 Deployment Project. I am looking at the security .

I just have a quick question. There's so many ways to manage security with Windows 10. Is there a right or wrong way i.e. should I use ConfigMgr to manage the firewall policies, or do I use group policies.  Or , should i control ASR with GPO's or ConfigMgr.

Is it just up to the company to decide a strategy? Which is better?

    Regards

  • Thanks for the response Tao.

What I really want to know is what is the best way to apply policies. Should we use Intune or on-premise group policies? Is it up to the adminstrator to decide the best solution, or is there a preference?

    Regards
