App-v Management console error 'You do not have access to this information.Please check your credentials'

Hello After installing MS App-V 5.1 with a remote SQL server -SQL Server 2012.

The following message keeps coming in.

.You donot have access to this information. Please check your credentials.

Completely removing App-V 5.1 and re-installing it did not help, I keep getting this error.

I have installed the Management, Publishing and reporting service. The Databases on the SQL server have been created by the App-V 5.1 setup.

Any suggestions on how to resolve that issue

If its a SID issue how i can check step by step to resolve it.

Did you create a AD Group for the App-V Admins ?

If not reinstall and add the user Group !

Odds are 2 to 1 that the Kirx answer in the above link is your problem. The COMPUTER account for each MANAGEMENT SERVER must be authorized for the database within SQL.
