Add New Users Manage Permissions in Project Server 2013 RRS feed

  • Dears,

    Recently I have installed SharePoint 2013 with Project server 2013 for my company, after installation is done, I have created PWA for uploading and working users MS projects, but I wants to add new users to be able to open for example our projects server link which I created lets say http://test/PWA , in 2010 it was easy to add users in security, kindly I wants to know steps how to add new user to open MS Project server in client computers.

  • Hi Dana,

    Do share if you are using Project Server security mode or SharePoint security mode?

    From question it seems you need to use the permission mode to Project Mode.

    Please refer to below link for having your security model set.

  • HI Dana, it seems like you are in SharePoint permissions mode and unable to view Manage Users permission similar to what you used see in PS2010.

    you can verify using below screen shot, are you able to see highlighted area when access server settings:
