The Ribbon has faded and you can barely read, has anyone seen this before?

Hi,

Can you provide a screenshot of the Ribbon issue?

Have you customized the ribbon?

Try repairing the Office programs to see if it can be helpful.
If the issue is that the buttons cannot show properly, try updating your graphics driver.
