Project Server time Sheet Error RRS feed

  • I have people receiving the following error. 

    The Project Server Timesheet Queue is under abnormal and excessive load.  There are numerous jobs in the Queue ahead of yours.  Your anticipated wait time is 132 second(s).

    Press OK to continue. Press Cancel to stay on the same page.

    How do I fix this issue?  Anyone got any ideas.  I appreciate all the help.

  • Hi,

    What version of Project Server are you using?

    When you look in the Queue, are all items processing without issues?

    Are you able to repro the issue? 

    Are assignments linked to one project?

    Is this for assignments or admin time?

    Does the job complete successfully?

    What happens if the timesheet is re-created?  Do you still have this issue?

    These are just some points that I can think of at the top of my head that might help you. Hope this helps to begin with.
