filename* parameter of an attachment name is not handled by Outlook client RRS feed

    The property of an attachment is "filename*=utf-8''image%202.jpg" in the MIME format of an eml file. The filename is shown as "Untitled attachment" when tried to open this eml with Outlook client 2016. The file name is shown properly when the same eml file is opened with Windows email client or Thunderbird. It seems "filename*" property is not handled by Outlook client.
