Luckily I wrote to Steve Ballmer about the Vista problem I had where it lost all my documents because the names were too long to fit into the recycle bin... (shortened version) and today an ms tech called me and among other things showed me that I don't have to open "games" all the time if the games I play are pinned to the start menu.
Cool.
I told the tech how upsetting it was to be told by someone on one of these ms forums that I shouldn't have a computer if I have a brain injury.
I said that when there's poor tech support it can made programs that would other wise seem sparkly and nice, quite the opposite.
He asked me to confirm that I'd used these forums.
