    We have supressed the caller ID so the users DIDs arent shown, but their Names are still coming up in the call display at the remote end. is there anyway to have it changed to the company name instead of the users name?

    There are no controls in Lync to prevent the calling party display name from being sent from the server.  Certain gateways/SBCs can strip this information and replace with a company name if desired.  For more information see here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/communicator-help/privacy-supplement-for-microsoft-lync-server-2010-HA101956381.aspx#_Toc281989611

    Hi,

    Though you supress the caller ID, but the display name still works. You aren't able to change display name at Lync control Panel, but you can change it at AD.

    If you just want to change caller display name, maybe the gateways have the features to support it.
