  • Hi,

The project plans cannot be published directly to the Project Server 2013 from MS Project 2010.

The workplans can be opened in MS Project 2013 and published to the Project Server 2013 instance (Ms Project must be opened first and the user must connect to the required PWA instance before opening the mpp file and saving it to the server)

The alternative (if you do not have MS Project 2013 and do not want to install the trial version) is to Copy&Paste the task rows into the Schedule pdp (just make sure the columns match)

    Hope this helps

  • In addition to Paul's reply, if you are just working with MS Project not connected to Project Server, you can simply open the 2010 file with MS Project 2013.

    Hope this helps,
