Same issues. Word take about five minutes to save my document RRS feed

    I'm having the same save issues. Word takes about five minutes to save my document. It also crashes regularly (every day when I come back to resume writing) without any useful auto-recovered file. Frustrating. No other programs seem to have any disk access / write speed issues on my system.

    Hi,

    Does the issue happen to one specific file? Where did you save this file?, local computer or network shared drive?

    Also try to start Word application in safe mode, open this file, confirm if the issue persists when saving. To start Word in safe mode, please do: Press Win+R to open Run in Windows, type winword /safe, press Enter.

    Additionally, please collect more event logs about the crash issue for further analysis.
