Timesheet "Unsubmitting" Itself, Loses Hours Entered RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Everyone -- We are using Project Server 2010 and are in SEM. I am an administrator.

Last Friday, a user submitted a timesheet for the timesheet period ending 6/28.

The following Tuesday, the user opened the Manage Timesheets section of PWA and noticed that the timesheet for period ending 6/28 had ‘unsubmitted’ itself and was showing as ‘in progress.’ Additionally, the timesheet has decreased the number of total hours entered from 23.5 to 19.25 hours for the week.

The user tried resubmitting the timesheet, and it looked like the submission went through, but the hours entered did not change back to 23.5 hours for the week, and remained at 19.25 hours. We went into the Approval Center à History button à Task Updates to publish all her unpublished status updates to see if that would help, but...

Today (Wednesday), the user returned to PWA to find that the 6/28 timesheet had again ‘unsubmitted’ itself, was showing as ‘in progress,’ and had decreased her hours even more than before. This time the timesheet shows having 16.25 hours instead of 19.25 or 23.5 hours!

Additionally, today, the timesheet from the time period before this one (ending 6/21) has also 'unsubmitted' itself and lost hours. This timesheet decreased from 23 hours to 16.25 hours and is showing as ‘in progress’ even though the user submitted it 2 weeks ago.

I wonder if anyone else has every encountered these issues. Any help would be very much appreciated!
