Office 2010 mail merge help. RRS feed

  • I've been trying to do an excel mail merge using 2010 office and I cannot merge the data..All I am getting is   «Next Record».. it is not bringing in the data from the spreadsheet.  When I do a preview..it comes up blank.  Thanks.

  • Have you actually inserted any mergefields, which you do from the 'Insert Mergefield' dropdown on the Mailings tab?
