I'm still not clear on the Windows Easy Transfer operation. I currently use WLM on a Win 7 RC installation and want to know if Easy Transfer will move all the Live Mail information (messages, contacts, and calendar) to a new install of Windows Live Mail on a clean install of Windows 7.
Windows Easy Transfer can move user accounts, files and folders, e-mail messages and settings, address book entries, and Windows settings. It does not move programs. You can install Windows Live Mail on the new clean install of Windows 7 previously, then move related email settings from RC to Windows 7. For detail steps, please refer to the following sites:
