    i'm asking about licenses here

    i have sharepoint standard with calls for 800 users how many ( if i need ) calls for sql standred or enterprise

    If SharePoint is using SQL Standard or Enterprise then the users or SQL server need to be licensed.
    So if you have 800 users, you will need 800 cals as users are accessing your sql server through SharePoint. If SharePoint used express there would be no licences required.

    Licences do not put any restrictions on number of users.
