  • Users of a "Windows Phone" company app are getting the following message, when attempting to run the app on Windows Phone:

    Problem with app
    Your 'xxxx' workplace account has expired, so you can't open this company app. Go to Settings > Workplace to update it

    According to "Windows Dev Center", my company account is:

    Account Status: Active
    Verification Status: Authorized
    Account Type: Company

    What is the procedure to correct this?
