  • Hi,

     

    Addition to Mr X, I find Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION in other dump file. The BSOD was caused by usbohci.sys .

     

    I suggest updating all device drivers from manufacture's site especial Portable Card driver. Test if the issue persists in Safe Mode. If you have loaded the latest versions, reinstallation will make differenece.
