  • Experts,

Please let us know if there are any global issues reported with regards to this SFB KB4464547. As we are experiencing skype crashing issues with the error Lync has stopped working.

Some suggestions and workaround available are to downgrade to previous build.

Is there any fix available for this issue? Is this a recommended fix to roll back to previous  build?

  • Hi Shanker Kumar,

Based on my research, it seems there’s no update for this for now. The workaround is to roll back to previous build or change registry path: reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync /v EnableARIATelemetryFeature /t REG_DWORD /d 0

Please wait for the next SFB update which provided by Microsoft.
