  • Question

  • Set up anywhere access in server 2012 without issue, using microsoft for domain and ssl certificate. When accessing via any browser will not make connection...get various errors:

firefox--  An error occurred during a connection to dfconstruction.remotewebaccess.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

    chrome--

This site can’t provide a secure connection

    dfconstruction.remotewebaccess.com uses an unsupported protocol.

  • Hi,

Please try to using Internet Explorer to open Anywhere Access webpage and check the result, confirm that if same problem happens.

Besides, please try to open the webpage from internal and external system to confirm that if both have same problem.

Also, if possible, please try to repair Anywhere Access:
    1. Log on to the server, and open the Dashboard.
    2. Click Settings - Anywhere Access - Repair.
    3. Click Next. The wizard analyzes Anywhere Access, identifies the issue, and then attempts to repair the issue.

If you receive an alert when the wizard finishes, you can click Retry to try to repair the issue again. If you continue to receive an alert, check the alert for additional information about the issue and troubleshooting steps.

To get more information about an alert:
    1. In the top right corner of the Dashboard, click any error or warning icon to open the Alert Viewer.
    2. In the Alert Viewer, click the error or warning to view additional information.
