Skype for Business Update (KB4461545) makes problems on Skype Client RRS feed

    Hello,

    After installing KB4461545(4th of december2018) on client PCs (Windows10). Skype Client cannot send emojicons and cannot be seen on the screen.

    Also some writings cannot be seen on the screen. Have you experianced this please?

    Ps: After uninstalling KB, problem is solved some of the PCs but some other still same.

    client : windows10(all buils), Skype for Busines 2016 MSO 16.0.4266.100

    server : Skype Server 2015 with latest updates.

    Hi Onur Ka,

    Based on my research, it is a known issue, if you have following scenario, you may face this issue:
    • You have the Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 MSI client installed.
    • You have the October 2, 2018(KB4092445) update or a later update installed (.exe file version 16.0.4756.1000 or a later version).
    • You send or receive an IM that contains an emoticon or emoji.
    This issue occurs because of a missing prerequisite update, to resolve this issue, you need to install the following office update: October 2, 2018, update for Office 2016 (KB4011669).
