  • Hi , i have an issue in SCSM 2012 emails notification , notifications are generating continously reoccuernce of same email just after one min how can i stop emails repeatation ?

  • Is this a workflow or a subscription? Have you set the criteria to "Periodically Notify when criteria is met"?

  • Hey

    Maybe it's because you did not configure the "Change From" tab in your subscription/workflow. Let's say you want to send out an email then an incident gets escalated. The correct config would look like that:

    CHANGE FROM: escalated equals false
    CHANGE TO: escalated equals true

    this way, the workflow only triggers when the checkbos changes from not ticket to ticked. if the CHANGE FROM is missing, the workflow will trigger anytime an incident with ticked checkbox gets modified.
