Project Server 2007 Enterprise Global Views Issue RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We are on Project Server 2007, and in Project Professional 2007, 1 user is not able to see any of the views that were set up in the Enterprise Global file.  I confirmed that the Server account is correct and that the user successfully logs into the Project Server account.  The user was able to see the views a couple of days ago, but after a restart it does not seem to work anymore.  Any thoughts on why this is happening and a possible solution?

    Has the user tried deleting everything in the Local Project Cache in Project 2007?  If not, please ask the user to try that, and let us know the results so that we can try to help.

  • Hello Dale,

    Yes, the user has deleted everything from his Local Project Cache but the issue still persists.  What else can I have him try?
