  • You'll have to ask Hotmail, really.  It could be that they've blacklisted you.

    Does this help?

  • Hi,

Do you get NDR message when you send messages to Hotmail? Share it, it will be helpful for troubleshooting.

A quick check to see if your domain is listed on any of the publicly queryable blacklists by using this tool.

  • Dear friends thanks a lot for trying to help me

when I try to send to Hotmail I get this message directly in my inbox of exchange server ....

    SNT004-MC3F31.hotmail.com gave this error:
DY-001 (SNT004-MC3F31) Unfortunately, messages from " My IP Server " weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider. You can tell them that Hotmail does not relay dynamically-assigned IP ranges. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

Your Exchange Server is using static IP address or dynamic IP address?

Or do you have PTR record configured?

  • That sounds like you have a residential-class ISP and it's not at all unusual for those to be blacklisted.
