Copy function in SG console RRS feed

    Hi

    We have a number of VAS's and we are trying to use the Copy function in the SG Mgmt Console.

    However it fails every time.

    When I select the application, I right click and select copy. I then select the target and then the console crash's with the following error:

     

    Unexpected error occurrred

    Please report the following error code to your system administrator

    Error code: 0000C800

     

    I cant find any info about this erroc code that is specific to the copy function.

     

    Any ideas?

    Since copy -functionality's purpose is to copy application records between two different App-V environments (like separate test and production), I'd suspect that your target environment's Management Web Service has something not configured right (C800 is usually happening when trying to connect console to web service). Have you looked those normal C800 troubleshooting things that KB article provides?
