Skype for Business 2 factor authentification

Hi,

i´ve got a problem, how can i protect the skype for business environment for mobile device with a 2 factor authentification? Yes we can enroll certificates on the mobile devices and protect the server with a 2FA certificate authentification or with VPN connection but with this options evertime we will block external customer who are invited to a SfB session. Infrastructure is Netscaler with a XenMobile MDM System and SfB with the latest version onpremise unfortunately without AD FS or Office 365.

Is there a possibility to do 2FA with Skype for Business onpremise without block external customer ?

According to your description, I understand that you use pure SFB on premise, is that right?

For two factor authentication, it provides improved security by requiring users to provide two forms of authentication or identification, namely a user name/password combination and a token or certificate.

Based on my research, I couldn’t find a method to do two factor authentication without block external user for mobile. I will share some documents about two factor authentication
