  • My application was working well on Win XP, but on Win 7 Home Premium 32b it often freezes. Fault Module Name is KERNELBASE.dll. I don't know what I should do. Thanks for any help.

  • On Windows 7, right-click Prod.exe (your app) and select Troubleshoot Compatibility and try the options there.

    If you want to run this application which doesn’t support Windows 7 in your computer, you may use XP mode to achieve the purpose.
