How to create a list of all users with call forwarding enabled? RRS feed

    Is there anyway to create a list of all users that have call forwarding set in MOC/OCS and include what number they are forwarding to?

    I'm getting a lot of support questions that seem to be answered by telling users to turn off their call forwarding.  They forgot they had it on.  I would really like to run a list occasionally to check that users aren't still call forwarding by accident.

    As far as I know this is not possible using the GUI/Tools available in the product. You might want to search for a third party.

    Otherwise you could digg in the database yourself and use/built a SQL query but this is not supported so be very careful.

    Thanks it's was worth checking.  Does anyone know if there's an OCS 2007 R2 'database dictionary' of fields and tables
