Moving Live Mail to a New Computer

I wish to know the best way to move contacts, messages and calendar from Outlook 2003 on an XP laptop to Live Mail on a new Win 7 laptop. i do have outlook express 6 on the XP laptop. Which forum please? Thank you.

I do have the same problem. I cant attach my email to my outlook and having problems adding my old email
