How to determine who hasn't checked-in the documents in SharePoint RRS feed

    Hi,

    We are migrating documents from SharePoint 2007 to 2013 version and noticed that there are files that were not migrated. When I looked at the log files, I found out that these files are not in check-in state. Which means, users have uploaded the file but the files were never checked-in so me as an admin still can't see these files.

    Is there a way to determine who hasn't checked-in the documents in SharePoint 2007?

    Hi Rhee,

    The easiest way is to add a CAML query Content & Structure reports (Site Actions -> Site Settings -> View All Site Content -> Libraries -> Content & Structure Reports) 

    <Where><Geq><FieldRef Name="CheckoutUser" LookupId="TRUE"/><Value Type="int">0</Value></Geq></Where>
    Access the same from Site Actions -> Site Settings -> Manage Content & Structure -> Change the view to the one which you have created in the above step to get all Checked out Files.
