    Question

  • i have windows server 2012 r2 and domain controller 

    in active directory user and computer i need to create a user  member of domain users

    this user must by  a local administrator in hes computer

    how can in do that

  • in addition to this local admin group on domain controller is hidden and you can see it if you type in net localgroup Administrators

    However if you add domain users into this they will become domain admins as well. I just try it.

  • i don't need this user to be a domain admin

    i need he to be an administrator in his pc only to make he make a setup for any program

    Alternatively, I assume that you want to set the same configuration for all users in the domain, if that is the case, you could use group policy to add domain user into local admin group, and you could follow the article as below to have a try:
