  • Hi Ahmad,

normal it works as expected, if simult. to mobile is activated and if the user answered the call on the Lync client, the mobile will not longer ring.

What do you mean with user has been answered? The call will first ring on the lync Client and then ca. 15 sec. later on the mobile.

  • Hi,Ahmad,

Agree with Holger,if enable simultaneously ring it will ring the Lync client first then mobile, but if you answered it on Lync client the call on mobile will hang off and the ring will break off.
