My company manages multiple small business POS systems throughout our area. We have been getting many customers who after an update will have HKCU registry entries for software wiped or reset to default values and the desktop will revert to the default Windows
desktop. We can easily create a new profile and delete the old one for most of our customers. Though for a small number of our customers those new profiles will get corrupted. Ran virus scans to ensure that's not the cause of our issue. This is happening across
all versions of POS Ready Embedded. Has anyone else recently ran into this issue?
