How to fix Configuration Manager Console "Stopped Working" RRS feed

    When I run Configuration Manager Console in local or admin account , it keep "stopped working". I un-install it and re install it through our company software center and still have the problem. any idea what could cause this problem and how to fix it ?

    There is a cache file for the MMC you can try deleting. It's C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MMC on a Windows 2008 R2 server, delete or rename MMC folder and check the result.

    Has the update readiness tool been run without error?

    Then check the
    %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
    file for errors.
