Outline Headings with Paragraph starting on same line RRS feed

  • Question

  • When creating documents with headings followed by paragraphs, is it possible to start the paragraph on the same line as the heading?  We have a military requirement for use this style, but if I try to start the paragraph right after the heading, it defaults to the heading style.  Thanks

    1.1  Purpose, Scope, and Objectives

I would like this sentence to start on the same line as Objectives, but in a regular paragraph formatting.

  • Insert a style separator; that way, you can have two paragraph styles applied to the (different parts of) the same paragraph. You can add the Style Separator command to the Quick Access Toolbar.
