Constant BSOD crashes RRS feed

  • Question

  • I recently (as in 4 days ago) purchased this computer from a retailer, it was made in store.

Installed Windows 7, and i have been having nothing but issues with it since. I constantly get Blue Screen Crashes.

Could i get some help please?

  • If the PC is covered by warranty, have the retailer take a look at it. Did they install an operating system? If so, which one?
If they don't cover OS problems, a little more information is needed to provide any help. Please read this http://members.shaw.ca/dts-l/goodpost.htm   and post back.

  • Clearly Tom, you're no help. "Which one?" i stated my Operating system already.

You're answer is vague at best, and your link is insulting.

Is there anyone else, who might know how to resolve BSOD dump errors?

  • Dear TBS.DOTA, I'd suugest Tom is asking you: 32bit or 64bit win7.

Okay so you're have errors - and BSODs.. Please give some info, Wer'e not mind readers, although obviously some people think that must be the case.

IF you have some information on the BSODs please provide it. else you can

    Upload to SkyDrive.

Try these links for info on bug checking

I didn't ask which OS you had; I asked if the retailer who built your PC had also installed an OS (or was it a blank HDD when you got it), and if they did, what OS did they install? If they installed Win7 and not you, then they should provide support for it without you having to ask around anywhere else.

You're answer is vague at best, and your link is insulting.

If providing a link to help you ask a more informed question so you can get a more informed answer is insulting, then you should probably stay off the internet. It may just put you in therapy in the long run if you're that sensitive :-)

  • Hello,

please use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (c:\windows\minidumps). Once done, post a link here.

You can also contact Microsoft CSS.
