Hi Richard Rosales,
1. Is the crashed node has heavy load when the issue occur? If yes, it's recommended to separate the VMs to different nodes.
2. Please check the event viewer > Windows Logs, check the "System" and "Application" log, check if there's any error message when the issue occur.
3. Please check if the node is up to date, if not, please update the cluster nodes.
4. Besides, as far as I know, if you want to find the root cause of the issue, we need to configure the dump collection, and wait for the issue to reoccur to collect dump file, then analyze the dump file for detailed information. So, we could only provide
some general suggestions on the forum about the intermittent crash issue. Thanks for your understanding!
Best Regards,
Anne
