  • Hi Mr. Raj,

Based on my knowledge, we can’t add the domain name hcl.com in compatibility view list and disable compatibility mode for only one URL http://hr.hcl.com in the same time.

Maybe we could use this workaround: Add all the website you want to use compatibility view list like teletracking.hcl.com.

  • Hi Mr. Raj,

Please explain a bit about the following questions for better analyzation:
    1. Is the Internet Explorer version 9?
    2. Why do you want to uncheck the single option?
    3. How about disable the compatibility mode?

To receive better support about script, it is recommended to seek help in script forum.

Please take a look at the following thread similar to this requirement.

  • Hi

    1. Is the Internet Explorer version 9? Yes
    2. Why do you want to uncheck the single option? : Its becuase there is one application which is not running when I add the application in compitablity view settings. But When I remove from the application compitablity view settings, that application works fine. Also I have added the top leve domain name (e.g. hcl.com) in compitablity view list through GPO. and due to this what ever URL has top level domain name (hcl.com) will be automatically in compitablity view settings. like https://teletracking.hcl.com will show in compitbality vew settings as i have added hcl.com in compitbality view setttings.

    3. How about disable the compatibility mode? If I disable compitablity  mode then it will also disable for other application and that cause issue for other application.

I want to disable compatibltiy mode for only one URL e.g.: http://hr.hcl.com

Consider changing to IE11 (depending on OS).  Then you could use Enterprise Mode compatibility which supposedly does have more flexibility for supporting the case that you are having trouble with--exceptions to a general rule.

    What is Enterprise Mode?

Domains and paths within those domains can be treated differently, allowing granular control.
