FIM 2010 R2 - installation FIM Service without portal, PM and CM failed with error - RPC server unavailable RRS feed

  • Hi,

    a have problem with installation FIM Service. Installation rolling back with error "RPC server unavailable"
    Same error I get when I use Setspn.exe utility to add aliases for SQL and FIM Service machines.

    Server topology:
    1.) FIM Synchro, FIM Service
    2.) SQL
    3.) DC (i-identity)
