  • I am looking for workaround to print the multiple non-continuous selected text in a ms word document in word 2010

  • This is what we are doing, but it difficult every time to copy and paste to new document.

    Let's try another approach. If you can identify the criteria by which you select content, it's likely that Find & Replace can be used to locate the relevant paragraphs and then you can copy them to another document for printing. The whole process could be automated in a macro.

    A simple workaround is to copy the non-continuous selection into a new document and print that.
