  • Hi,

    There are comment on task submit and comment on approval in PWA. Upon sending task update and entering info to "Comment on task submit" - it's displayed in the notification email for project manager. When project manager enters comment during the approval of the task - comment is not displayed in a notification email for employee. Is it the way it works or it's a bug? Are there any possibilities to customize notification information?

  • Not a bug according to Microsoft. It is by design even though I don't really like the design.   

    Comments are not kept or logged. Basically the comments field is reused for different transactions and wipes out the previous comment.
