Lync Phone Delegation not working (SIP Errors) RRS feed

  • Question

  • When a user delegate calls the caller get no tone on the line. In the trace I get these messages:

    1) SIP/2.0 487 Request terminated

    2) SIP/2.0 481 Call Leg/Transaction Does Not Exist

Call Forwarding is working. Is there any special configuration for delegates?

    Kind regards,

    Jens

  • Hi,Jens,

Would you please elaborate your Lync runtime environment?

Does this issue happen when delegate call Lync user or PBX user or both?

Can the delegate represent to Manager to receive calls successfully?

If you can kindly provide more information that will be more helpful for troubleshooting this problem, thanks!

    Regards,

    Sharon

  • Hi,

    here are the answers:

    1) Does this issue happen when delegate call Lync user or PBX user or both? > Yes

    2) Can the delegate represent to Manager to receive calls successfully? > call is ringing but after answering the call gets disconnected

Mybe it is a trunk provider problem?
