Polycom VVX and Trio Phones schedule reboot RRS feed

  • We have Polycom VVX 60x & Trio 8800 phones deployed in Skyp for Business pool. Whenever we have network maintenance, they are losing Exchange connectivity for Calendar schedules. 

    We are looking for schedule weekly reboot of Polycom phones on weekend. Is there any script or method to schedule reboot the Polycom VVX & Trio phones?

    Welcome to visit our forum.

    After reading your post, I’m afraid we couldn’t provide the corresponding support on the rebooting of Polycom for you since our forum is focus on troubleshooting issues about SFB on premise server.

    However, I found a blog regarding how to update Polycom VVX Phones which is written by Jeff who deeply investigates the Polycom issue related with SFB.

    Since we are not familiar with the Polycom configurations, I would highly recommend you to ask in a dedicated Polycom forum again, to get a closer support on this. Thanks for your understanding.
