After reading your post, I’m afraid we couldn’t provide the corresponding support on the rebooting of Polycom for you since our forum is focus on troubleshooting issues about SFB on premise server.
However, I found a blog regarding how to update Polycom VVX Phones which is written by Jeff who deeply investigates the Polycom issue related with SFB.

Since we are not familiar with the Polycom configurations,
