I've just brought a new Pavilion dv2422 notebook, with Windows vista 32 basic preinstalled, and I can't find the "On lid close" option at Energy Settings on Control Panel.
If I close de notebook, just the screen turns off, but the notebook does not suspend the system. But, if I press the power button, the system suspends as usual. Rare, no?
Does anyone know if this option is optional or what? beacouse I couldn't find anything to solve my problem.
You can change this setting in Control Panel\Power Options.
