    no sound after 5 minuets have checked everything and updated what I can problem not yet solved

    could you explain a little bit more of your problem.

    Call between two client, pstn call from gateway, sbc to client?

    Hi Eric ,

     

    Could you give me more information about the no sound?

    1. Do other users in your organization have the same problem?
    2. If you set your account in another computer, does the issue persist?
    3. If the skype for business client no sound, could other applications have a sound in this computer?

     

    Please update the audio driver to the latest version and make a test.

     

    There is a document about Troubleshooting audio and video in Skype for Business, you could have a reference.

    This problems is not in Skype. It's in Windows. Every since I updated to Windows 1703 the Audio drivers are messed up. I've updated everything. The audio with SFB is messed up. The audio with the web browsers is messed up. How do I fix this. I visited USATODAY.COM and they site has like a 2 channel audio system. So the main audio comes through the headset but the adverts video come through my laptop audio.
