WSUS set up with a database

I built a new VM machine running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. I gave it 6GB RAM 200GB Hard drive Intel Xeon E5645 @ 2.40GHz (2 processors). I want to set up WSUS on this machine and Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business. The Kaspersky requires SQL. So I want to know if I should set up WSUS using the Windows Internal Database or set it up on the same SQL instance as the Kaspersky.

According to your description, you want to know if you need to use external database for WSUS.

As far as I’m concerned, WID will work well in your environment according to the description of your computer capacity.
