  • Hi,

This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.

Please check if you reach the system requirement of this game:

    Diablo III System Requirements

Also, booting into Clean Boot mode to see if this issue persists, and upgrading the device driver would be a good option.

  • Bug Check Code 0xA: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff560129%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

    Please start by that:

    • Update all possible drivers and BIOS
    • Uninstall all unused programs
    • Run chkdsk /r /f and sfc /scannow
    • Perform a clean boot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
    • Disable temporary all security softwares you have
    • Run memtest86+ to check your RAM. If an error was detected then replace the faulty RAM or contact your manufacturer Technical Support for assistance

If this does not help then use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (c:\windows\minidump).

Once done, post a link here.

You can also contact Microsoft CSS for assistance.
