  • Hi,

For the event 1001 LiveKernelEvent issue, it could be related to your driver. You have reinstall the video driver. Have you download it from the official website of the manufacturer to update it to the latest version? Also you could update the BISO and Motherboard driver to check.

Meanwhile, I suggest that you could perform a clean boot to avoid the compatibility effects of third party software.

  • To evaluate the computer environment please post logs for troubleshooting.

Using administrative command prompt copy and paste this whole command.

Make sure the default language is English so that the logs can be scanned and read.

The command will automatically collect the computer files and place them on the desktop.

Then use 7zip to organize the files and one drive or drop box to place share links into the thread for troubleshooting.

This command will automatically collect these files:  msinfo32, mini dumps, drivers, hosts, install, uninstall, services, startup, event viewer files, etc.

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste the whole command:

    copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\"&dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt&copy %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles\"&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt" &msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"&reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\uninstall.txt"&reg export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components" "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\installed.txt"&net start > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\services.txt"&REM wmic startup list full /format:htable >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.html"&wmic STARTUP GET Caption, Command, User >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.txt"

There is one file for you to find manually:

    b) dxdiag:  In the left lower corner search type:  dxdiag > When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens click on the next page button so that each tab is opened > click on save all information > save to desktop > post one drive or drop box share link into the thread

Open the website for the computer or motherboard manufacturer > support > enter the product or serial number or model > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread

  • The logs were in a foreign language with some English words.

So the scanning was not possible.

    For example:

    The logs displayed multiple BSOD.

    The bugchecks were:

The kernel events displayed 141 and ab

    1) See if you can change the default language to English and then run the administrative command prompt command to post new log files:

    2) Make a backup image using Macrium:

    3) Save the backup image to another drive or to the cloud

    4) Make a brand new restore point

    5) If the computer has Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

    6) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread

    7) Read these links on Windows driver verifier:  (do not use the tool until it is communicated in the thread)

    8) The tool Windows driver verifier is used to find misbehaving drivers.  It will repetitively produce BSOD to create dump files until misbehaving are fixed or until the tool is turned off.

    9) Learn the methods to turn off or recover from using the tool using the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu. (verifier /reset, verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail, system restore)

    10) System restore should only be used if the prior two methods fail as system restore often leads to a loss of the dump file and then little progress is made in the troubleshooting.

    11) Turn off Windows fast startup:

    12) Ensure the GPU is free from dust build up and that the fan is working correctly

    13) Reseat the GPU and check all connections are securely made

    14) Choose one of the temperature monitoring software applications: Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:
Speccy - Free Download - Piriform: Speccy - System Information - Free
HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID: HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID
SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

    15) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    16) sfc /scannow

    17) When this has completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    18) chkdsk /x /r /v

This command may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.

    C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /x /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process.  Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type:  Y

    19) Use the text and images in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer > copy and paste to notepad > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread:
