Page Shift When Printing RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I'm using Microsfot Office 2011 for Mac and when I print from Word, the page shifts to the right. So basically there's a big indent and some of the content ends up getting cut off. I have it on regular format like I've always had it- it only recently started acting up. Please let me know if you need more information or if you have any answers/ suggestions!

    Thank you!

  • Hi flora.d,

Based on my understanding, it doesn't display the entire content when printing. First you can check if it is complete in print preview.

You can follow these steps mentioned in the link below.

It's recommended to download and install Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT), which is developed by Microsoft Support teams. Once the tool is installed, you can run it at any time to scan for hundreds of known issues in Office programs.

  • Have you checked the layout in Print Preview, and your margin settings? You should also check whether the page sizes in Word and in your printer are the same.
