How to increase the BranchCache speed RRS feed

    When copying files from the server to the client, the maximum speed is only 14mb/s.

    When the client BranchCache service is disabled, the maximum speed can reach 160mb/s.

    So,how to increase the BranchCache speed?

    Furthermore, regarding to monitoring Hosted Cache Server, you may create the monitor for BranchCache and BranchCache SMB on Event Viewer MMC as the following exhibit.

    On MMC Event Viewer, Create Customer Viewer for BranchCache and BranchCache SMB or monitor them straight through Applications and Services logs -> Microsoft -> Windows ->  BranchCache and BranchCache SMB .

    You also could monitoring and verifying Hosted Cache Server by Performance Counters and Netsh Utility.

    I've tested it again, but the problem is still there.

    My problem is not that it doesn't work properly, but that it doesn't speed up to what I want.

    When copying files from the server to the client,the maximum speed is only 14mb/s.

    Without using BranchCache,the maximum speed can reach 160mb/s.
